2016 LakeShake Festival with Tim McGraw
On Saturday, June 18, 2016, headliner, Tim McGraw hosted the Chicago Country LakeShake. McGraw took the stage just shortly after 9:20 pm. Thousands of fans were anxiously waiting to sing along to his greatest hits throughout the night. Tim McGraw took the stage wearing a broad-brimmed cowboy hat, a white shirt, blue jeans and snake-skin boots. By the excitement of the fans, they wanted to hear Tim McGraw badly! They were rewarded when the show started off with “How Bad Do You Want It” from the 2004 release Live Like You Were Dying. Tim McGraw had the girls singing along with “Southern Girl” from the 2013 release, Two Lanes of Freedom. Also on the set-list were favorites “I Like It, I Love It,” “Where the Green Grass Grows,” “Just To See You Smile,” “Humble And Kind,” and “Red Rag Top” among others. In addition, the set included the song “California” from his latest album, Damn Country Music released on August 4, 2015.
