NOTHING MORE

NOTHING MORE electrified The Sylvee in Madison, WI, with their dynamic performance on May 7, 2024. As part of their highly anticipated tour with Wage War, the band showcased their upcoming album, “Carnal,” set for release on June 28. With two singles already making waves and a setlist peppered with new hits, fans were in for a night to remember.

The Show

From the moment NOTHING MORE took the stage, the energy was incredible. Launching into their set with the beats of “If It Doesn’t Hurt,” they immediately captivated the audience. Lead vocalist Jonny Hawkins wasted no time to jump down to the barricade to get up close and personal with their fans just two songs in, forging an intimate connection with fans that lasted throughout the night. With every beat and riff, the band showcased their musical prowess, effortlessly transitioning from high-octane anthems like “Let’em Burn” to soul-stirring ballads such as “Fade In / Fade Out.”

The band treated fans to a diverse array of tracks, drawing from their extensive discography while offering glimpses of their upcoming album. Hits like “Go To War” and “Jenny” had the crowd singing along, while lesser-known gems like “Angel Song” and “Tired Of Winning” added depth to the performance. Each song was delivered with precision and passion, a testament to NOTHING MORE’s dedication to their craft.

As the night drew to a close, NOTHING MORE delivered a finale that left the audience craving more. Jonny Hawkins jumped back in the crowd, as two drum kits were held up by fans in the crowd and he plays the last beats of the set. It was a fitting end to an evening filled with unforgettable music and electrifying performances.

Conclusion

If you are in search of a live show that sounds as perfect as the recorded studio songs, while bringing a lively and entertaining performance to the music, then NOTHING MORE should be next on your list. Check out my previous NOTHING MORE post from 2022 HERE.
