Cousin Curtiss at Docies Dock in Ft Walton FL 2025
Cousin Curtiss Docies Dock Ft Walton 2025 Tour Stop
Cousin Curtiss Docies Dock Ft Walton 2025 tour stop landed on April 30, and it quickly became a highlight of my Florida trip. The timing could not have been better. I was on vacation nearby, so adding this show to the trip felt like a win. Docies Dock is a close-knit venue lined with signed posters of artists like Michael McDermott, Eddie 9V, and Chicago Farmer. The walls told their own story, and Cousin Curtiss was about to add his name to that history.
About Cousin Curtiss
Cousin Curtiss, born Curtiss O’Rorke Stedman, has built his reputation on live looping, driving rhythms, and high-energy shows. He shared the story of how he left teaching to pursue music full time and has toured ever since. His sound pulls from blues, folk, and Americana, creating a one-man wall of sound that feels bigger than the stage. For this stop, he wasn’t truly solo. Harrison B joined him, adding another layer of guitar and personality to the night.
The Show
Cousin Curtiss and Harrison B Perform at Docies Dock
The set opened with “Sunset Throwdown” and “Furnace,” both full of grit and fire. Songs like “Worried Mind” and “Clearwater Girl” kept the energy flowing. Before “Keep It Moving,” a Harrison B original, Curtiss gave him an over-the-top WWE-style introduction that had the crowd clapping. The covers also stood out. “Midnight Rider” paid a heartfelt nod to Gregg Allman, while “Past My Prime” honored Greensky Bluegrass. A brand-new track, “Save Yourself,” gave fans a taste of what might come next. I even captured a live video of the song from the night, now on my YouTube channel: watch here. Throughout the night, Curtiss filled the space between songs with stories, jokes, and crowd interaction. He even invited everyone to come say hello after the show, and I took the chance to introduce myself to both of them. They couldn’t have been nicer, which made the night feel even warmer.
The energy of the Cousin Curtiss Docies Dock Ft Walton 2025 show carried through the set, from “Sunset Throwdown” to “My Lover and Me.” The mix of originals, covers, and storytelling made the night feel like more than just a show.
Closing Out Cousin Curtiss Docie’s Dock Ft. Walton 2025 Show
Looking back, the Cousin Curtiss Docies Dock Ft Walton 2025 performance was more than a concert. It was a shared evening between artist and audience. The evening closed with “Honeybee” and “My Lover and Me,” blending grit and sweetness. By then, the audience was locked in, cheering for more.
