Kongos perform at Cubby Bear in Chicago for 101.1 "No Dough" show.

South African alternative rock band, Kongos in Chicago for 101.1 WKQX No Dough Show at the Cubby Bear on February 13, 2014. This was the first “No Dough Show” for Chicago’s new alternative radio station, 101.1 WKQX.

The Kongos, which consist of four brothers: Daniel, Dylan, Jesse and Johnny Kongos, performed prior to The Airborne Toxic Event (TATE). In support of the 2012 album, Lunatic, the Kongos played various songs from the Lunatic album, including hit single “Come with Me Now” and closed with the smash “I’m Only Joking”. Also, they played a rendition of Beatles classic, “Come Together” which featured guest hip-hop rapper Moe’z Art.
