Rebecca Black Brings Exhibitionism on Tour to House of Blues Chicago 2026
Seeing Rebecca Black on a Friday in Chicago has become a tradition, at least for me. If you know, you know.
BAYLI
BAYLI was the opener for Chicago and she was fun! I kind of went in not knowing what to expect fully and was pleasantly surprised. BAYLI came on stage and walked/jumped around while singing to the fans. At one point, she even gave out a crown to someone in the crowd and called them her princess for the night. It was really playful and different, especially from an opening act. But hey, I love the creativity and doing something different. Overall, she had an engaging short set and I can’t wait to see what she does in the future. Check out BAYLI at: baylimusic.com

But Rebecca Black has grown so much since releasing that song so many moons ago and it has really shown. Rebecca has also grown tremendously even in the last 3 years as a performer.
I covered her back in 2023 at another sold-out show and she wowed me then but this past sold-out show at House of Blues just wowed me even more, from the interesting but fun stage setup to the choreography, the music, and of course, the outfits! For a setlist, Rebecca played about 17 songs in total but it was broken up into four acts which is so fun and I love when artists do it this way! Especially when they have outfit changes, set changes, or even just wanna switch it up and tell a story while performing! Rebecca also mainly stuck to playing her new album and new album only with a possible few other songs sprinkled in. Another thing to be aware of at this show, it’s very heavy strobe lighting. It makes for a sick effect but also was like woah, this is a lot. Lastly, without giving away too many fun details, the show does open with a cube and a projection talking about what exhibitionism means to Rebecca as an artist/creator.
Conclusion
If you are debating seeing this show, I say do it and buy your tickets for a show in your area now, before they sell out because she is selling out like crazy! Rebecca really has rebranded herself to become more than the girl who made the song “Friday” and it shows in a wonderful way. See her while you can because I can just see her growing and selling out bigger venues soon.
The Rebecca Black artist paragraph opens with “But,” which made sense mid-paragraph in her original. Now that it starts a new paragraph, you may want to drop that word.
