International pop icon, Pink (often stylized as P!nk) returned to Chicago for two sold out dates, Friday, March 9 and Saturday, March 10, during her Beautiful Trauma World Tour 2018. Produced by LiveNation, the 40-date North American arena tour started on March 1st at Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, AZ and concludes on June 2nd at the Forum in Los Angeles, CA. The tour is in support of her seventh studio album, Beautiful Trauma, which was released on October 13, 2017, via RCA Records. Front Row Music News was there to absorb every moment of night two’s performance on March 10, 2018.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable live show performance like no other, the Grammy-winning artist, Pink, is the artist for you. Pink has raised the bar for all touring musicians around the world. Most artists leave their best for the encore, but not this artist. She brings it from the start to end. As the pink colored curtain dropped revealing the elaborate stage set up, Pink was literally “Chandelier Swinging” while she jumped, flipped and twirled (bungee jumped from stage to sky) above the stage, wearing a bodysuit of shimmering silver, as she sang the opening song, “Get this party started on a Saturday night…” Over the course of almost two hours and 22 songs, the show was no holds barred with breathtaking spinning, twisting acrobatics, intricate and complicated choreography which provided for an incredible and entertaining musical experience. In all, the show encapsulated so much, from the on stage dancers and band to the incredible lighting, props, costumes, pyrotechnics, fog machines, confetti cannons, laser lights and costumes, and of course all around the great music of Pink, as well as two surprise cover songs.
