Closing out the night, Bad Flower’s lead singer, Josh Katz talked about Dead Poet Society and Weathers with “This is like three bands, I mean we’re okay, but those two… the three bands that are gonna be massively huge, and you got to see them in this tiny room, I think that’s so cool.” He’s right about that.

The LA-based alt-rock band, Weathers are a four piece band of stylish and talented gents who include: Cameron Boyer on vocals and rhythm guitar; Cameron Olsen on lead guitar and vocals, Cole Carson on drums and Brennen Bates on bass, keys and vocals.  They hit the scene hard with their 2016 single “Happy Pills.” Front Row Music News caught them shortly after that release at the 101.1 WKQX The Nights We Stole Christmas and been hooked ever since. Weathers are currently supporting latest album, Kids in the Night, which released June 2018 via RCA.

On September 29, Chicago was ready to party on a Sunday night, as Weathers performed at the Bottom Lounge in Chicago.  With previous Chicago stops with Magic Giant (February at the Metro and July at Roscoe Village Burgerfest),  Weathers is currently touring with Badflower as part of the OK, I’m Sick Tour. and had the audience jumping with their new single, “Lonely Vampire,” as well as many favorites like “Happy Pills,” “Dirty Money,” “I’m Not Ok.”
